• Follow up and manage sales with retail and corporate staff
• Introduce new corporate and individual products
• Deliver Underwriting tips to the sales force
• Assist to Settle sales strategies to grow the number of sales and reach annual target
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate & individual clients and identify new prospects within the area
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Familiar with all lines of insurance
• Deliver workshops periodically about underwriting and insurance tips for better targeting and sales strategies
• Prepare weekly reports to the upper management
• Create a positive and professional learning environment
• Deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in-group and individual classroom dynamics
