• Maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Supervising timely and detailed reports on financial performance on quarterly and annual basis.

• Streamline financial processes by implementing automation tools, reducing manual workload.
• Overseeing VAT & ESR filing, Corporate Tax, Insurance Authority filing and CBUAE report submission etc.

• Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory laws and guidelines.

• Liaise with auditors, Government Regulatory Bodies and Banks.

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Debtors and Creditors management, Payroll, Fixed Asset and Working Capital management, Treasury management.
• VAT return filing. Liaise with banks and Auditors.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business.
• Dealing with banks for funds arrangement, proper maintaining of different Accounts, negotiation on interest rate, Export Documents Discounting and Forex transactions.
• Supervising and managing Payroll, Fixed Asset Management, Cash Management, Management Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow, Working Capital Management and Capital Budgeting.
• Dealing with Banks, Tax Authorities, Regulatory Authorities and External Auditors.
• Producing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts & VAT returns.
• Overseeing internal financial controls. Developing, managing and motivating a team of finance professionals.

• Supervising all Accounting matters including Payroll, Cash book, Fixed Assets Management and General Ledgers.
• Supervision and finalization of Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements
• Liaison with External Auditor and Tax Advisor.
• Supervision and finalization of Annual budget of the company in collaboration with the regional heads.
• Coordination with the Actuary for the valuation of employees' retirement benefits which include gratuity, pension, post-retirement medical and compensated absences.
• Handling of Taxation matters, including;
• Corporate Tax
• With-holding Tax
• Federal Excise Duty &FIF
• E-filing of various statements & returns .
