o Pricing formulation, 120 days plan projection and business plan creation.
o Ship loading plan and issuing bill of lading.

I had been assigned to work as Process Engineer in the Central Engineering Department (CED):
Job duties & responsibilities :
o Assist Central Engineering Department with the regulation of process and technical activities in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. o I have assumed the position “Process & Quality Control Superintendent Acting” for several times. o Monitor the parameters of the units and maintain the conditions of the Refinery, to ensure maximum production and profit. o Control, maintain and improve the quality of the products. o Assist the Operation for optimizing daily operations of Units.
o Conduct process studies, trouble shooting & test runs support Operation & Maintenance .
o Prepare and raise reports for Process Engineering section: Daily Operation Instruction sheets, Chemicals & Utility Consumption report, Monthly Production & Yield report, Monthly Activities report and Key Performance Indication (KPI) report. o Supervise and assist the Refinery’s Annual Turnaround activities. o Supervise and assist the execution of the process section activities: Boiler De-oiling & Passivation, Fire Box Neutralization, De-oiler’s Resins Activation, Vacuum Distillation Tower De-contamination and Cleaning the Cooling Water System. o Review and issue new modification proposals for Refinery improvement. o Study and review the assigned reports from Operation, Maintenance and Safety departments: Trip Report, Investigation, RCA & Modification Proposals.
o Assist Safety Department to execute the safety activities: Safety Meetings, Job Safety Analysis, Behavioral Observation Reports and Near miss - Incident Reports. o Member in Culture Change Program that developed by DuPont Company . o Member in Management of Change (MOC), Prestart up Safety Review (PSSR) and Behavioral Observation (BO) that developed by Culture Change Program. o Auditing team member, as per the assignments from the Management.

I joined LUBEREF since 08/2010 as an Operation Engineer, in Operation Department. LUBEREF is a joint venture company between Saudi Aramco & Jadwa Industrial Investment Company, previously, 30% was owned by ExxonMobil.

I used to work in the Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Company (Yanpet), Yanbu. I worked as a Production Engineer in the Ethylene Glycol Unit.
• Monitors the production on a continuous basis with the objective of maintaining production at planned output levels and specified quality in accordance with safe working standards and practices.
• Monitor the performance of all equipment, ensures their maximum efficiency and analyzing decline.
• Provides assistance and advice as necessary for the Operational Staff.
• Changes operating parameters if necessary to maintain optimum operating situation.
• Prepare or review the Job Safety Analysis and the summary of MSDS for plant chemicals.
