•Developing Business from New to Existing Clients, through penetration into identified market/ sectors across the entire portfolio.
•Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
•Growing Liabilities to enhance the profitability of the account & maintaining the growth of liabilities.
•Ensuring a high quality and timely service to clients.
•Advising and providing existing and new clients cash management products that bank is offering.
•Submission of monthly pipeline and weekly follow up reports.
•Submission of daily call reports of new approached customers and regular visits to existing clients.

•Handlin SME Accounts by providing Finance and after sales Services.
•To Be the First point of Contact for ATM or Accounts Complains.
•Monitoring staff monthly achievements and Targets which I have to submit to the Branch Manager and Zone Manager in the Monthly Meetings.
•Providing all Type of Personal, Auto, Credit Cards & Home Finances.
