Oracle ERP Projects Manager for Financial and Supply chain

Handling All IT Tasks in Schools (Hardware/Software)

1. Establish, review and implement overall program management, co-ordination and tracking process.
2. Ensure effective communication and involvement of the right team members and IT managers in the delivery of the projects.
3. Assist in defining program and project critical success factors.
4. Assist in the identification of tools and packages that may be used to effectively manage the PMO.
5. Work closely with the core management team in providing proactive management of the IT project program, including setting targets, approving plans, monitoring results and mitigating risks.
6. measure the progress of the projects against the defined success criteria.
7. Ensure IT policies and procedures are implemented throughout IT projects.
8. Provide co-ordination between various projects and initiatives.
9. Continuously maintain integrated program plan/program plan.
10. Monitor, control and report program status.
11. Acts as an escalation point for project issues and risks of all IT projects.
12. Maintain risk and issue registers and formally highlight risks to steering committees and IT management.
13. Review quality of project deliverables and provide input on the quality of deliverables.
14. Ensure quality audits are factored in project plans and ensures that quality checks are conducted and suggested corrective action are implemented.
15. Ensure effective handover of projects to operations and support.
16. Provide reports on the financial status of the all IT projects (ie: versus initial budgets).
17. Conduct periodic reviews of the various projects running at RTA and its Agencies and highlight the project risks to the management.
18. Allocate the various resources for the projects. These resources could be cross various entities of the IT Department
19. Assists Strategy and Policy Manager in setting relevant standards, methodologies and frameworks.
20. Owns and revises the PM methodologies used within RTA

1. Financial Modules: General ledger, Fixed Assets, Account Payables and Receivables and Cash Management.
2. Supply chain Management: Purchase Order, Inventory, Order Management.

IT Project Manager
As a IT Project Manager
ERP Financial Solution (ACCPAC Implementation: GL, AP, AR, HR, Payroll, Purchase Orders, Inventory Control, Order Entry, GL Consolidation).
