Entry with checking all technical details.
* Planning & Preparation of Production & Delivery Schedule of the projects that comply with the
agreed contractual period of the Project.
* Submitting the designed drawing to the customer according to their requirement & getting
approval on it with some minor changes if required.
* Attending customer meeting for complicated projects to get clarifies & finalizes the issues related.
* Pursuing with the customer in regarding all aspects like getting the payments, documents required
for shipment. Negotiating & finalizing the proposal ( Price, Payment terms, delivery schedule) with
the Main contractor/End client/consultants and preparing the contract.
* Review (and comment if applicable) the Contracts, addendums, JAF (Job Acceptance Form) or any
other techno commercial documents that requires Management approval/sign, pass the same
through the Manager.
* Co-ordinating with customer & inter departments until project completion.
