 Send requests for issuance certified cheque to the banks through the correspondents and receive back the certified cheque issued by banks
 Hand over singed cheque to the beneficiaries (suppliers, employees, etc.) or deposit them into their bank accounts by correspondents
 Return the payment orders to the accounting department with the supporting documents that confirm completing payment process
 Prepare and update payment orders status on daily basis and upload it on Finance portal
 Prepare daily report about cheque and telex transfers and upload it on Finance portal
 Prepare online payments and enter them into the bank website basing on approved transfer orders
 Follow up with the authorized signatories in order to approve payments done through the electronic banking services
 Make Bank advices that confirming executing payments done through electronic banking services
 Keep cheque books for all bank accounts in a safe place
 Control cheque books quantity and ordering new quantity when the inventory is at minimum quantity
 Communicating with Treasury Managers, Accounts Managers, Purchasing Managers and Bank's Correspondents
 In order to provide the divisions with better services on updating division’s payments status & processing, (Cash management/ Trade / Teller / Division Payable)., I am also nominated as front desk in addition to receive all the divisions inquiries & notes on following points,
