Mada Jordan was incorporated in 2007 as a joint venture between Mada Bahrain Communications
Group and Zain Jordan, and in March 2012, Zain Group announced its acquisition of Mada Jordan.
REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLTIES:-
1. Representing a sound understanding and consciousness of customers' inquiries, conflicts,
perceptions, worries, complaints, and suggestions, as well as facilitating and resolving
Customers' inquiries and conflicts through comprehensible guidance in a timely manner.
2. Accomplishing sales by constantly offering various suitable preferences, desires and
Necessities towards customers, facilitating and resolving customers' inquiries and conflicts
Through comprehensible guidance in a timely manner.
3. Demonstrating and acquiring needed information and requirements from customers in a
Variety of dealings and transactions in compliance within Mada's policies, standards and
Procedures.
4. Handling customers' payments accurately and carrying out the necessary consequential
Proceedings with regard to the payments' purposes such as line reactivation, handing a sold
Product, etc...
5. Contacting and cooperating with related and concerned parties in order to fulfill, resolve
And follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts within procedures.
6. Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and
Products by Mada and other competitors.
7. Suggesting and recommending process and knowledge improvements and always abiding
To new bettering initiatives.
8. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct team leader.
9. Executing activities according to the organizational security policies.
10. Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, and interference.
