• Visiting the sites, meeting the clients and analyzing their requirements;
Providing consultation to the project consultants, contractors or end users the

• Working intimately with the Design/Pre-Sales Engineers to design fully
Functional solutions that meet the clients’ technical and commercial requirements.
• Preparing designs, technical & commercial proposals, submittals, bidding for
Tenders, according to the type of project/client.
• Ensuring all proposals and submittals are professional; in-line with the company
formats and professionally produced.
• Tracking and submitting reports, analysis of achievements for the current month
and planning for the following month Following up with the clients - negotiate if required and close the deals
Proficiently.
• Handing over the awarded projects to Project/Site Engineers with proper
documentations and Site meetings with the clients.
• Coordinating with procurement and store for equipment delivery; ensuring delivery
on site within the agreed duration with proper documentation.
• Tracking and inspecting the on-going projects and ensuring the project is being
executed as per The agreed terms.
• Maintaining business relations with the suppliers and staying up to date with the
latest technologies in the industry.
• Maintaining business relations with the assigned accounts or clientele and work on
business development by targeting potential accounts.
• Attending trainings, workshops, and conferences locally or across the globe
representing the company legitimately to participate, learn and acquire the latest
trends in the industry and subsequently apply the knowledge in the field of work.
