• Participating in human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

• Responsible for Pan India Recruitment\'s. • Leading Campus Hiring Team. • Participating in human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. • Discussion and meeting with the technical leads and understand the man power requirements in the teams and brief the recruitment team on the urgency and priority of the requirements. • To find the consultants over the Database, Job portals, User groups, References, Vendors and other sources as per the specification of the client. • To Stay in touch with the Consultant/ Campus about the updates regarding the recruitment process.
As part of GRO role I’m responsible for all aspects related to University Relations in India
starting liaising with prospective campuses, recruitment planning & execution, employer
branding.
University Relations:
• Identifying avenues for Branding & Industry-Academia initiatives.
• Building a strong rapport with colleges across all departments at top IIM’s, top B-Schools, Teir1 Engineering Colleges / 3-year program colleges.
• Overall forecasting & determination of all sorts of entry level requirements for each of the BU's.
• Responsible for Designing, Developing and implementing the process (Evaluation Forms, Posters, Videos) for campus hiring.
• Closely working with stakeholders - Placement Officers, Principals/Head of Depts, Student committee, Business Unit Managers and Senior Management.
• Driving the whole hiring initiative ground upwards, be it connecting, engaging & negotiating.
• Our position on these top campuses or preparing for our visits in terms of panel mobilization, Collateral, orientations, sponsor, logistics & the time-consuming assessment design.
• Responsible to manage vendors supporting us in various activities ensuring timely and healthy transactions.
Initiatives:
• Organizing Placement officers Meet.
• Developed the strategy for a post offer connect program to get 100% joiners.
• Maintained constant engagements with the established contacts & student community which lead to super improvised slots in contrast to last year.
• Manually designed Evaluation forms & Videos for campus, quality of which was appreciated by both students as well as panelists wherein both felt it sets a benchmark for Interglobe Technologies selection standards.
• Introduced the mandate on quality & performance background of panelists to ensure effective interviewing, and oriented them on all aspects before we hit out kept our hires warm by replying to their queries.
