Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data

Provide a direct and ongoing interaction between the groundmanagement and spectators by assisting with the circulation of spectators, prevent overcrowding, reduce the likelihood and incidence of disorder and provide the means to investigate, report and take early action in an incident.

Worked with a team of fellow students on a project concerning the supply chain mapping for ENI to get a better visibility on its supply chain, and we were able to come up with an ecosystem that creates winning situations for all participants, then we started working on developing a Critical Incident analysis focusing on how the operations of the company V.A.R.I. S.p.A. were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and how the company responded to the crisis.
