NES is a huge project of KSA Govt and I am deputed here on this project via Penta Consulting - UK. AEC along with consortium partners Accenture, SAP & WCC are implementing an integrated solutions platform using Accenture's VLM (Virtual Labor Market) for the Saudi Ministry of Labor / HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund). NES (National Employment Scheme) aims to improve the efficiency of public employment services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. VLM is a SAP based solution utilizing modules like CRM, BRM, PPS, PSCD, LSO, IDM, GRC, PI, PA and Social Services.

NES Project Highlights:
Solution is ITIL v3 compliant with CMMI rating of 3.
Solution will have integration with Banks, GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), Ministries (Labor, Commerce), National Information Center.
Solution will have integration with various job portals like Bayt.com, Mihnati.com etc.
Solution will offer platform for unemployment allowance, benefits, evidence management, etc
Solution will offer advanced smart match of of candidates and job descriptions.
Solution will offer e-Learning solutions after analyzing skills shortages.
Solution will include setting up Operations/Command center, Service Desk, Training Center etc
Acting as Project Manager working on establishing Data Centers, Disaster Recovery sites, OCSNE (Online Connectivity Services for Network Expansion Project) and Call Center.
•Involved in executing expansion project of WAN & Access Network across country for the bank to meet requirements of New Core Banking Application.
•Executing associated infrastructure solution projects to build state of the art platform for the organization.
•As a representative of NBP’s Program Management Office, involved in vendor management activities.

Participated in the installation & setup of Satellite Earth Station for the Internet service. Major equipment used from Vendors like Vertexrsi Satellite System for Satellite station, HPA (TWTA), Up converters, Down converters, Redundancy and Protection Switches, Antenna Controller Unit, LNA Controller, Dehydrator. Satellite Modems from Radynecom Stream and Redundancy Switch for Modems. CISCO, Nortel VPN Switch Contivity and HP server, Using Billing Software Omni Span from Extent USA.
Started as the Project Co-coordinator with Siemens Pakistan for the setup of the ISP. The ICN department of Siemens Pakistan setup the turnkey project for Internet Services. The solution was based on Newbridge (now Alcatel) Remote Access Concentrator 36100 Mainstreet Xpress (now Ericsson Tigris), Nortel Network Versalar 5000, Sun E250, running Solaris 2.6 & Solaris 7 Apache, Squid, Sendmail, Steel Belted RADIUS and Advanced Billing Servers. The routing platform was Cisco and the network was basically providing primary ISDN dial in internet access and dial in VPN services to end users as well as corporate data customers. Access side consisted of Siemens ULAF HDSL and data connectivity with the backbone was provided using New bridge NTA 3601 (DXX Connectivity) Asymmetric Internet download was provided through satellite based links from Thaicom Direct and Interpacket.
Launch this ISP working with Siemens, The solution was based on Newbridge Remote Access (Tigris), Sun E250, running Solaris 2.6 & Solaris 7 Apache, Squid, Sendmail, Steel Belted RADIUS and Advanced Billing Servers.
