I did microbial transformation of non-steroidal and steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds on large scale. I purified the compound by using thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).

I did microbial transformation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds. During this research work i got trained in handling microorganism, chromatography (TLC and column chromatography),
autoclave, safety cabinet, Rotory evaporator, distillation. I also used Mass, NMR, UV and IR spectroscopy for thr the interpretation of compounds.
I attended various seminars and international symposia.
I also passed International subjective GRE-examination (Chemistry)
