Description:
Cisco CBOX is a supply chain management project and it's following agile methodology, in Series of quarterly releases based on Cisco financial year. Cisco has huge product manufacturing units and providing Sales, SCM and services. CBOX project comes under SCM and supporting GBS BI Q2 and Q3 releases. The project goal to create new reports based on requirement and migrate BO 3.1 reports to BO 4.0 with some modifications. At present Q2 and Q3 releases going on for Brazil country changes next release will do for APAC countries.

Responsibilities:
• As an offshore BI Lead responsible for end to end in all tracks (Plan, Finance, Sourcing and Deliver)
• Initiating on requirement gathering/clarification from counter parts and timely update client if need any additional information.
• Playing core architecture role to consolidate SC-Deliver universe with centralize SCSU universe
• Supporting team on critical development include train new/existing resources on new BO 4.1 technology
• Supporting Program/Project managers on team billing/budget related tasks and other management related activities

Responsibilities:
• As Lead I have to responsible for two functions (Work Management and HR) out of five with around 9 resources to complete their objects

• Organizing internal sessions with team for ETL learning and analysis of current BODS versions

• Participated daily status calls with client and onshore team for updates and modifications and assigning the team

The project helps to calculate the bandwidth usage in Wi-Fi hotspots and Hilton hotels also to track performance downtime and revenue across AWS venues. These reports are used to increase the bandwidth speed and number of devices and their performance, and revenue analysis.
