Description:
Cisco CBOX is a supply chain management project and it's following agile methodology, in Series of quarterly releases based on Cisco financial year. Cisco has huge product manufacturing units and providing Sales, SCM and services. CBOX project comes under SCM and supporting GBS BI Q2 and Q3 releases. The project goal to create new reports based on requirement and migrate BO 3.1 reports to BO 4.0 with some modifications. At present Q2 and Q3 releases going on for Brazil country changes next release will do for APAC countries.
Responsibilities:
• As an offshore BI Lead responsible for end to end in all tracks (Plan, Finance, Sourcing and Deliver)
• Initiating on requirement gathering/clarification from counter parts and timely update client if need any additional information.
• Playing core architecture role to consolidate SC-Deliver universe with centralize SCSU universe
• Supporting team on critical development include train new/existing resources on new BO 4.1 technology
• Supporting Program/Project managers on team billing/budget related tasks and other management related activities
• Initiating calls between DI and Database teams to handling daily calls and provide updates to onshore/offshore Manager with MOM and other details

The project goal to centralized the data from various sources like RAVE, INFORM, Web files .etc to TIBCO centralized data by using Business Objects Data services 4.0 It helps to prepare centralized reports and standardize process across the business.
Responsibilities:
• As offshore Lead responsible for handling daily calls and provide updates to offshore Manager with MOM and other details

• Guided and completed required documentation like Technical Specification, Down Stream Reviews etc.

3M is a Data Migration project using Cransoft and 1SAP to migrate the data from 1SAP source to SAP R3 by using some project required functionalities, the project goal is to setup one stop repository to hold the existing legacy data, create rules to make it SAP business ready, create reports for business and analyst teams and finally create export objects for the data to be loaded into SAP
Responsibilities: • As Lead I have to responsible to handle small team to complete their objects and some own objects
• Organizing internal sessions with team for Cransoft learning and analysis of issues and updates
• Participated daily status calls with client and onshore team for updates and modifications and assigning the team

1 SAP R4 is Data Migration project using Cransoft, 1 SAP, and Business Objects Data services 4.0 technologies to design, build and implement a centralized warehouse solution for all multiple BHP CSG's (Customer segment groups) like Iron ore, Manganese, Diamonds etc. The project helps to make a single source system for multiple CSG's which is initially running with individual systems. It helps to prepare centralized reports and standardize process across the business.
Responsibilities:
• As Lead I have to responsible for two functions (Work Management and HR) out of five with around 9 resources to complete their objects
• Organizing internal sessions with team for ETL learning and analysis of current BODS versions
• Participated daily status calls with client and onshore team for updates and modifications and assigning the team
• Helped team for their technical and functional issues with the help of previous R3 developers and solution architects
• Scheduled calls with FS Owners and Developers to clear clarifications on actual requirements.

AWS (AT &T Wi-Fi Services) is Business Intelligence Project using Oracle 11g, Informatica 9.0 and Business Objects 3.1 technologies to design, build, and implement a Warehouse platform for Wi-Fi hotspots of AT & T. The project helps to calculate the bandwidth usage in Wi-Fi hotspots and Hilton hotels also to track performance downtime and revenue across AWS venues. These reports are used to increase the bandwidth speed and number of devices and their performance, and revenue analysis.

Responsibilities:
• As Offshore lead responsible for four teams (BO Dev, Prod, Informatica Dev and Prod) with the team size of 10 Resources.

To generating Adhoc and standard reports team using various applications like Business Objects 6.5, XI R2, R&R, Pay@work, ROI and Ms Access for frontend & Oracle, Datamart and PeopleSoft for backend. Out of this some applications need to run from Taleo and Toad.

Phillip Morris International is the leader in tobacco industry with famous brands like Marlboro. PMI has global operations and has a Back Office Reporting and Analysis system (BORA) as a Data Warehousing & OLAP system for tracking Merchandising and Sales for Phillip Morris.
The application extracts data from an OLTP system and prepares an OLAP Database. This in turn is used in preparing Cubes and advanced Business Intelligence Reports. The system provides Business Intelligence in the form of custom Key Sales Indicators (KSI)
The standard KSI calculations in the developed Business Objects XI, 6.5 reports & MOLAP cubes are used by the business users to gauge the performance of Merchandising using KSI like Out Of Stock, Handling etc.
The CORE BORA solution is implemented to all its affiliates located all over the globe with affiliate specific requirements and developments
