Work As A Safety Manager on Power Plant Project.

FULL COVREGE OF SAFETY WITH PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING. AS PER CILINT SUTISFECTION.

•Complete Safety implementation and monitoring on site as per Safety guidelines and client’s Safety Specification.

•To conduct weekly toolbox talks, provident First Aid Assistant, Housekeeping Forman.

•Investigating & reporting all near misses incident and accident etc.

•Ensure that the company has, at all time the capability and resources to operate safety.

•Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedure in the job site and preventive stapes to avoid recurrence.

•Excavation deep trenches, construction of foundation, pipe supports, installation of transformer, electrical cable, scaffolding provide there proper safety.

•Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor sub-contractor’s compliance with safety program.

•Inspection of workers and equipments in the job site to insure proper safety procedures as per client’s satisfaction.

•To conduct Safety orientation meeting prior to starting the work at site.

•Prepare and maintain accident reports, statistical data and other records that must be required by Administrative / Project Management and local Authorities.

•Check Atmospheric test report for O2, and explosive and toxic gases and vapor shall be preformed and recorded immediately prior to entry, after breaks, or interruption in the work procedure and periodic intervals by a certified gas tester. if other atmospheric hazard, such as carbon monoxide (CO) and naturally occurring radioactive martial (NORM) are suspected to exit, appropriate air monitoring shall be conduct by qualified person.

•O2 concentration shall be 20% minimum; flammables shall be zero; and concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2O) shall not exceed 10 part per million (ppm).

•Ensure that sub-contractor are following up the Clint work permit procedures and inspect them on daily basis.

•Released after completion of job.

•Inspect the fire extinguisher color code per month & inspect Crane
Checklist if there major lifting going on check the lifting .
