Generating new business & repeat business from existing client, managing client relationship.
Ensuring a good turnaround time & quality output.
Creating cost estimations, negotiating with the client & Vendor & closing the deal.
Understanding the marketing plan & budget guidelines for client negotiations.
Participating in marketing strategies.
Marketing Intelligence: Identifying and analysing competition and stay abreast with the latest trends.

When overseeing events and ensuring that each event runs in a timely and professional manner.
Fully conversant with the conditions attached to the operating licenses and update with current regulations and legislation, ensuring that these are adhered to at all times
Briefing about all events, ensuring they run smoothly, and all health and safety and insurance issues are covered
Act as an escalation point for any customer or event related queries and or complaints.
Consulting and leadership management to clients, working closely with key constituencies to ensure needs were met with clear, transparent communications while driving strategic objectives.
Oversees the computing of costs for billing of special services and equipment rental charges.
Prepares a variety of reports on security, staffing utilization, event-related crowd control, and risk management issues.
