• Doing quality checks for the team.
• Maintaining daily production report and payable reports.
• Handling customer queries.
• Following up with the business and customers to close any issue, which is delaying the payment of the invoices.
• Doing exports for Toyota parts for Far Eastern countries like Singapore, HongKong, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.
• Price fixation for Toyota parts in the above said countries.
• Dealing with Supply chain and logistics management.
• Coordinating with MIS systems.
• Coordinating with Inventory in the case of ordering.
• Coordinating with Parts and Planning Operation.
