• Preparing feasibility studies for organization’s strategic growth (e.g. team member for three M&A deals with total deal value combined of $100m)
• Leading the feasibility studies for various investment decision making and computing ROIs (e.g. new product launch and other capital investments - combined CAPEX of $100m)
• Core team member for cost optimization and expense control (e.g. transitioning staff from high cost countries to a shared service center - annualized savings of $10m)
• Responsible for improving reporting processes (e.g. took initiative to solely automate monthly reporting packs using IBM Cognos Controller to pull back the reporting timeline by 1 week)

• Prepared and controlled facility management budget in liaison with client’s Corporate Services department with multiple service portfolios, CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue and Net Profit

• Initiated the process of branch wise revenue/cost analysis, which is now part of quarterly dashboard report being sent to parent company in Singapore
• Responsible for financial data analysis and variance analysis to identify, investigate and rectify routine anomalies for monthly reporting to ensure final figures are accurate
• Responsible for preparing & analyzing monthly flash reports, composing monthly performance summary for examining variances against budget
