Responsible for Materials works, Mix Design of Concrete, Concrete Plant Trial incl.materials submittals approvals / rejection of materials involved in project construction and all testing(Soil, Asphalt, Concrete, Aggregate Testing & Sampling of material), maintaining materials record for the project and site supervision works .Request registeration and downloading of test reports on line for sample submission to Dubai Central Laboratory(DCL) /Independent laboratory for quality tests whatever required for the project. Controlling the quality of materials as per specification / DM standard, British Standard and American Standard requirements.

Construction of Roads, Asphaltic Roads, Paved, Footpath and Infrastructure works including underground services such as Electricity, Telephone, Water, Drainage, Street lighting etc. Responsible for Materials works, Mix Design of asphalt AC & DBM, Mix Design of Concrete, incl.materials submittals approvals / rejection of materials involved in project construction and all testing(Soil, Asphalt, Concrete, Aggregate Testing & Sampling of material), Material Final Report preparation, Failure with action taken preparation, maintaining materials record for the project and site supervision works .Sample submission to Dubai Central Laboratory/ Independent laboratory for quality tests whatever required for the project

As their Materials Engineer I was involed in the mentioned above nine Projects under DPW Sharjah and worked with different contractors.
Construction of Roads, Asphaltic Roads, Parking Asphaltic/Paved, Footpath and Infrastructure works including underground services such as Electricity, Telephone Water, Drainage, Street lighting etc. Responsible for Materials works and all testing(Soil, Asphalt, Concrete, Aggregate Testing & Sampling of materials), Preparing materials monthly report, maintaining materials record for the project.Sample submission for Sharjah Municipality Laboratory Dealing with client’s and Sharjah Municipality laboratory for the testing which required for the project.

As their Materials Inspector I was involed in the following Two Dubai
Municipality (DM) And Two Roads Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai. Projects
costing Dhs.986 Million
Materials Inspector Project(1) (R 659/3) (Cost160 million Dhs); Improvement of
BackRoad (E44) Under Dubai Municipality.Project consists Interchanges twonos,
Road four lanes. Dual carriage way including junctions.Project also included
storm drainage system, street lighting and service works. Responsibilities included
Mix design for asphalt, concrete & quality control of material and supervision of
construction activities such as soil testing, concrete testing aggregate testing,
sampling of materials used in the project.Preparing monthly report of material
for municipality submission.
Materials Inspector Project(2), (R747/1) (Cost 160 million Dhs); Dubai International Airport Roads Improvements Phase II Expansions, Terminal 3 & Cargo Village Access Roads under Dubai Municipality. Project consists of relocating Airport Road and associated utilities for approx. 1.5km, construction of an open tunnel and series of ramps constructed to connect the Airport Road to the New Terminal 3 and construction of access roads connecting Cargo Village to Dubai via a bridge over Al Garhoud Road. Project also includes landscaping, street lighting, relocation / protection of utilities as well as construction of storm drainage and irrigation systems. Responsibilities include supervision of laboratory testing such as earth work concrete work, asphalt work, quality control of materials used in the project.Total 120, 000m3 of concrete is used for the open tunnel section which has a 2.75m thick base slab and temperature and heat controlled high strength, durable concrete is used which requires stringent quality control procedures.

Project(1) Road project (Road Maintenance In Al Ain Zone 3)under Al Ain municipality.Duties involved soil testing, asphalt testing concrete & aggregate testing used site laboratory for all related testing and required for the project.

Project(1), (Phase1 Contract No 3 ) Development of road network for
Improvement of traffic movement in Al Ain.Project consist Roads&
UnderPasses Two Nos (Hilton & Al Khabisi) Duties involved supervision of soil,
asphalt, concrete & aggregate testing performed in Contractor, s site laboratory,
Asphalt mix design completed in plant laboratory. Responsibilities included
monitoring of work progress and quality control of materials on site.

Project (1) Dubai Port & Coustoms Bldg.(Near Al Maktoum Bridge Under Dubai Municipality. Project consist Buildings construction, Internal Paving Roads & CarParking and other underground works. I was responsible for Laboratory works and all testing whatever required for the project and controlling the quality of construction materials which used in works.Dealing with consultants and Dubai Central Laboratory for the project.
Laboratory Technician, Project (2) (PJ 3018) Umm Sequaim Park, Consultant Civic Design Under Dubai Municipality.Project consist Internal Paving Roads,
Rip Rap Protection Construction works and some under ground works.I was responsible for the Laboratory works and all soil testing, concrete testing, sampling of materials which used for the project.
Laboratory Technician, Project (3) ( R 94) Dhaid Town Roads, Under Sharjah Municipality I was responsible for Laboratory works and all testing whetever required for the project and controlling the quality of construction materials which used in the works.Dealing with consultants for the project activities.

asphalt mix design DBM Base Course &DBM Wearing Course in the site laboratory.Performed most of the tests completed and witnessed by consultants in site laboratory.
