Role: • Execution of projects related to commissioning of new 11 KV / 415 Volts sub-stations, Commissioning of 11KV OHL and pole mounted transformers, dismantling of OHL, replacements of Distribution Transformers / 11 KV Switchgears (with same or higher capacity), remodelling of existing sub-stations and consumer's substations by arranging the necessary shutdowns and carrying out necessary tests and 11 KV Live phasing.
• Assesment of the bill of quantities (BOQ) as per the scheme to be executed, issuing the work orders to the contractors using JDE ERP system.Aarranging the necessary approvals from other utilities.
• Condition Monitoring of existing substation equipments.
• Monitoring of seven projects related to new connections to be provided to the consumers.
As Superintendent Engineer-Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum: • Redressal of consumer's grievances as per MERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations 2006
• Billing to consumers by following proper meter readings.
• Monitoring of Cash Collection Centres and call centres.
• Stringent actions for recovery of arrears from consumers.
• Replacement of faulty meters, assessment of claims for the same and recovery.
• Detection of unauthorised use of electric supply and recovery of claims.
• Redressal of consumer’s grievances to their satisfaction
• Designing of new 11 KV / 415 Volts Sub-stations & associated cable laying
• Load calculations and sizing of transformers/switchgears/cables etc.
• Load flow analysis and arranging the HV/LV loads. Reliving over loads.
• Short circuit calculations and load forecast at 11KV/(415 Volts).
• Tendering process of all related equipments such as transformers/cables etc. Upto placing of orders.
• Approvals of drawings after placing of orders & preparation of delivery schedule
• Inspection of equipment at the manufacturer’s works by carrying out various tests as per IS & IEC Standards.
• Designing of 33 KV/11KV Receiving Sub-station and associated works.
• Tendering process (technical+commercial) of all related equipments such as Power transformers/33KV switchgears/33KV cables/11KV switchgears etc. etc. Upto placing of orders.
• Approvals of drawings and delivery schedule of all related equipments.
• Designing of 33KV/415 volts substation.
• Inspection and testing as per relevant standards of all major power equipment at manufacturers works
• Operations & maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown) of various 11 KV / 33 KV Switchgears
• HV/LV load management (HV & LV) in case of scheduled and breakdown maintenance of equipments.
• Preventive maintenance of Power Transformers and Distribution Transformers
• Cable laying, cable fault testing & repairs of 11KV and LV cables.
• Changeover of system voltage from 6.6KV to 11KV.
• Installation of equipments and Commissioning of 33 KV / 11 KV Substations with associated cable laying.
• Installation of equipments and Commissioning of 11 KV / 415 Volts Distribution Substations with associated cable laying.
• Operations & maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown) of various 11 KV / 33 KV Switchgears
