• Steering overall financial operations encompassing accounting, annual audit, budgeting, reporting, consolidation of financial statements and other financial functions.
• Conducting effective operational analysis and providing strategic recommendations for the company’s management team, apprising management with plan vs actual variances, problem areas and potential areas for improvement.
• Establishing internal control disciplines throughout the region towards maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial reports.
• Managing preparation and implementation of SOPs for adequate control.

• Generating MIS reports to provide feedback to the management on statements for budget, cash and fund flow.
• Spearheading all financial transactions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivables, balance sheet reconciliations, project accounting and capitalization of assets.
• Reviewing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, sales and capital expenditures.
• Filing VAT Returns and ensuring record maintenance.
• Directing treasury functions and bank coordination, bank guarantee and LC arrangements, margin money requirements and refund monitoring cash credit account and interest saving.
• Insurance and claim settlement process.

• Finalizing and performing in all facets of Financial accounting, Software used ORACLE
• Performing monthly closing of Accounts, including percentage of completion.
• Setting up and reviewing the accounting processes.
• Providing high level coordination between IT and business units.
• Maintaining Payroll using the WPS system.
• Handling customer inquiries & Customer payment follow ups on a regular basis.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors for reports and schedules.
• Customers / Suppliers Ageing reports, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet .
• Handling Inventory, periodical stock taking and maintaining stock availability.
• Dealing with banks for various treasury related matters.
• Assisting CFO for ad-hoc projects like Corporate Governance.
• Extracting and sanitizing of data sets for big data.
• Maintaining Client Payment Follow Up
• Preparing Cash flow and fund flow statements.
• Prepared Cost Estimates in coordination with Controls Department.
• Prepare budgeting & forecasting
• Handled Banking, Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
