Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Victoria’s Secret, Boots and Pottery Barn. The company operates over 3, 500 stores across diverse customer sectors: Fashion & Footwear, Health & Beauty, Food, Optics, Pharmacy, Home Furnishings and Leisure & Entertainment.
Identify vacancies across divisions and departments (New positions for business expansion and replacements against attrition).
Review vacancies existing job descriptions to ensure the same reflect actual tasks, responsibilities, reporting lines.
Structure a recruitment plan with timeframe to close vacant positions.
Source CVs using a variety of recruiting sources: Posting online (Online job portals)
Conduct Online CVs Search across online job portals CVs Databank.
Post on Corporate website and network on social media recruiting sources such as LinkedIn.
Build an active talent pipeline for key positions required for recruitment on demand from line managers.
Perform applications screening and shortlisting against vacancies requirements and essential job functions.
Conduct telephonic and email advanced screening and develop a final shortlist to be forwarded to hiring divisions and departments.
Schedule interviews in coordination with line managers and ensure proper follow up on interviews feedback.
Communicate with selected candidates and perform reference checks to validate key information provided on CVs.
Coordinate with Compensations & Benefits Department to initiate, negotiate and finalize employment offer for selected candidates
Generate recruitment reports and update vacancies on progress
Search for Recruitment Partners, i.e., headhunters and generalist agencies across the globe where talents expertise are available and required by the business
Conduct basic evaluation/screening of recruitment contracts and escalate feedback to the immediate superiors for approvals.
Getting necessary approvals to initiate recruitment
Assisting in the creation of job profiles ( Job description, Job specification)
Sourcing candidates via online posting and CVs Search
Screening and short-listing CVs
Scheduling interviews for candidates as requested by the line managers
Preparing employment offers
Sending Regrets emails to unsuccessful candidates
Prepare and update daily, recruitment reports, data and statistics
-Assist the project management team by controlling key documents and record incoming and outgoing documents
-Drafting Agendas for meetings, Memos, PowerPoint presentations and schedule meetings
-Typing letters as required by the divisions heads
-Attending the incoming calls and follow up
