· Manage the project (ATB) billing & receivable process for member firm Clients.
· Extraction of various reports related to utilization, headcount, revenue or expenses using SAP
· Performing internal audits to be in compliance with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act)
· Extensive use of MS Excel to prepare various reports and calculation sheets pertaining to the transactions
involving Migration of products, credit for unused support, reinstatement fee or back support fee.
· Use of Oracle R12 and Oracle Hyperion
· Making presentations and training employees on the business processes concerning different regions and
their exceptions related to invoicing requirements.
· Managing a cluster of people as a cluster lead.
· Applying various internal holds in case of credit delinquency.
· Working in close association with Sales, Sales support admin, contracts, Accounts receivable, installed base
and General Ledger teams.
· Conducting interviews for the hiring of new employees.
· Interactions with the various teams in Latin America and Spain in Spanish. Use of French, Portuguese and
Italian to read and comprehend the various documents.
· Working in a cross cultural environment with people of different nationalities and regular interaction on
calls with the teams sitting abroad in different continents
