Participated in HQ project in Shenzhen, China. The team consulted me to utilize my relevant experience in the IPTV to help them and share with them the knowledge and experience in order to develop a newer version of Huawei IPTV related solutions. Which includes Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Planning.
- Develop the product description and road map for the 3 years.
- Preparing sales displays and modules
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging and licensing.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data and reviewing delivery and sales costs.
Currently I’m managing the the OTT apps development (VOD, Music and some games) along with the music content management portal. The team working on that project are distributed in Kuwait, Saudi, Dubai, Iran & China from different departments and diverse expertise: System Analyst, Marketing executives and managers, Android & iOS Developers, Operations manager and R&D members.

Project Manager Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
• Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects (completion of the Project Definition Document).
• Proactively forecast and monitor revenues for the project ensuring budget and estimate if they rare in line with the contractual deliverables of the project.
