Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying the training gaps through conducting training need analysis and regular review of performance appraisal.
• Building & implementing the annual training calendar and monitor its regular application on a monthly base.
• Controlling the training budget and maximizing the ROI of the training process
• Ensure the understanding and applying of different standard operation procedures (SOPs) by different departments of Salehiya.
