 Control the entire production unit through Distributor Control System (DCS)
 Plant startup and shutdown activities.
 Field monitoring and trouble shooting.
 Assist Shift Engineer day to day maintenance activities
 Prepare and analysis control chart run charts find out reason for abnormalities and take corrective action during shift in order to obtain consistent quality.

 Coordinating different departments for close communication for interfaces.
 Following up of preventive maintenance schedule and trouble shooting of various Equipments and pumps.
 Following up of production schedule as per Shift Engineer daily instruction.
