• I started my career with SLB as a field admin taking care of:
The POB and camp accommodation.
Responsible for the catering, third party/service providers and the segment personnel.
I also tended to help the HSE coordinators in performing the monthly safety inspections, function tests plus health & hygiene inspections.
• Later on I acted as an operation supervisor under OCC segment - operation control center - and assisted in building/updating the camps management portal. Moreover, I acted as a well site coordinator in an intervention multi-well site.
• My recent role was working as an operation support coordinator at Uqair area and I used to liaise directly with third parties and on-site management to provide progress updates and solve issues, support the operation there through Hazem support team and other parties, set site move plans, coordinate with all involved parties and provide direct supervision to guarantee a safe & well-organized move and rig up
• Taking care of all accounting transactions.
• Supply the branches with all needed products to run the business.
• Monitoring, supervising & solving work problems as per the Est. policies.
• Study the market & the customers’ needs and support the marketing side.
• Taking care of all deposit & payment transactions.
• Direct supervision role over the site purchasers. Monitoring & auditing the SPRs, quotations, invoices & loading notes.
• Supporting the site management in their financial & administrative decisions.
It's a mini MBA program and I did it online. It was organized by the international arbitration organization.
I've studied around three years in the Faculty of Petroleum and Minerals - Hadhramout University - then I discontinue for some special reasons.
