• Managing the technical, financial and contractual energy performance targets for the M&V portfolio (retrofit as well as Solar PV projects with annual energy savings in excess of 200 GWh) including project management of all deliverables
• Tracking of energy performance indicators and verification of energy savings, comparison against guaranteed values, managing internal and external stakeholders, reporting of energy performance results and sustainability indicators to regulatory stakeholders
• Developing and implementing IPMVP adherent Measurement and Verification Plans for Energy Savings Performance Contracting for various end users such as commercial buildings, airports (monitoring energy savings performance of Dubai Airport’s building and lighting retrofit project), government buildings, hospitality, labour accomodation camps etc
• Developing technical designs for implementation of energy management systems for Monitoring and Verification of energy savings, design and cost estimation of metering/monitoring system, communication network, software portal, data analysis and reporting of KPIs for building HVAC as well as Solar PV projects
• Review and analyze facility baseline and develop methodologies for baseline adjustments in accordance with the site conditions and in adherence to IPMVP
• Analyze energy management control system operation, sequences, trend data, reporting period consumption data etc for system optimization and adherence to M&V Plan
• Liaise with all stakeholders (internal, client and contractors) for seeking close-out/acceptance on acceptance of contractual annual energy performance and deployment of mitigation strategies as applicable in compliance with the M&V Plan
• Develop technical presentations on energy saving performance analysis for customer meeting, resolve and mitigate customer/stakeholder issues and avoiding litigation through problem resolution and complex technical negotiations
• Providing techno-commercial support to sales and Engineering teams during development of ESPC, estimation of M&V costs, strategic support for enhanced customer support and retention, provide on-site technical support, recommendation on process improvement initiatives to ensure realization of customer specific KPIs on sustainability, GHG mitigation and energy cost avoidance.
