• Maintain the relation with the customer top management (Asiacell) to fulfill the expectation.
• Manage, coordinate & follow-up on all the project activities with the related departments.
• Provide weekly reports and hold meetings to show the project progress and obstacles.
• Initiative to find solutions for network problems and the most powerful way to implement it.
• Leading optimization projects for Asiacell network in Bagdad to improve the performance.
• Prepare a timeline for project implementation and follow up on the progress to meet the agreed timeline. Mange all the project resources and scheduling the team's workplan based on client priority.
• Prepare estimation cost study for the project and fellow up the budget fellow.
• Achieve enhancement in network performance by 6% (from 92% to 98%) after deploying all the possible actions.
• Responsible for network Designing and Dimensioning 2G and 3G sites in the most
crowded area in the network (Baghdad, Anbar, Salah AlDeen & Dyala).
• Prepare and deliver all the planning and network design database to boosting network
coverage, quality & capacity.
Responsible for providing the best coverage of mobile service, Evaluate network performance in the central region of Iraq (3 Provinces) & Reporting projects/ Activities progress to high management.
• Working as the contact person to check the implementation of subcontractors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to fix all snags before the handover date.
• Join the survey with vendors to handover sites and signing up the final acceptance form.
