Plan Admin Budget including all companies by collecting data from all Administration section and compare against actual from accounting to decide on next year’s expected expenditure and plan accordingly
Arrange and coordinate travel and travel reimbursement for CEO and top executives by coordinating for necessary Visas Flights, accommodation, meet and Assist to ensure quality travels to meet standard required by management
Supervisor international travel a management coordinator with travel coordinator for all staff by following up on work due to ensure administration department objectives.
Follow up and ensure invoice payment be sending them to administration and HR director then to accountant to ensure on time payment for external suppliers.
Handling meeting schedule request.
Respond to and initiate inquiries (questions regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities, administration, specialized programs, etc.) Explain policies, answer questions, and independently resolve problems whenever feasible.
Coordinate and administration the filling system .
Coordinate with Director on other necessary activities to achieve department goals.
Handle domestic travel agents for all company by collect travel request, coordinate for transportation and accommodation ensure quality of service and facilitate staff travels
Act as a focal point from meeting room requests generated from portal to make sure all requests are met with no duplicate to ensure quality of services.
Prepare admin monthly and progress reports by collecting date from admin section
Design and update administrative database to include all information related to administration sections to facilitate info generation when needed
Collects, researches, organizes and summarizes data from a variety of sources and produces reports such as program status and board reports.
Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems.

• Coordinate with the House keeping and Engineering to ensure the highest lavel of product delivery.
• Responsible for the monthly scheduling for the Banquet Department.
