Supply Chain Department:

• Monitor, manage, maintain, issue and update production schedules and plans to balance
product supply and demand within the defined parameters for sourcing, production
sequencing and inventory levels.

• Set-up production schedules for polyethylene plants in OMP- Site Integrated Planning & Scheduling "SIPS" for both manufacturing and packaging center.

• Align with manufacturing the current plan and follow up in a daily basis to make sure the
plan is being executed in the right direction.

• Align with packaging center the execution plan and make sure they follow the plan.

• Align with road transportation team the lifting plan in a weekly basis to make sure produced products
are being lifted from packaging center safely with no issues.

• Minimize gaps between other teams by communicating more effectively and building
bridges between them.

• Follow up with every single sale order till it is being lifted.

• Monitor System cleanup for PEs to make sure the accuracy of MRP data.

• Update SIPS, SAP in a daily basis to make sure the accuracy of MRP data.

• Monitor and update sale orders status and make sure everything is being lifted as
planned.

• Communicate any changes in the plan to other teams to optimize the lifting.

• Train new team members and make sure they are ready to lead.
