Prepared Project Baseline Schedule by covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
• Developed precise S-curves for an EPC project, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction,
and overall project stages, to effectively monitor and regulate project progress.
• Extracting resource data from Primavera P6 resulted in the creation of a manpower histogram,
which allowed for accurate workforce planning and allocation.
• To aid in documentation and project tracking, I created a variety of graphical indicators, including
visual tracking for Material KPIs, shop drawing submittals, method statements, and material
submissions.
• Created a detailed narrative report for the project baseline, systematically constructed from the
beginning to the conclusion, including productivity assumptions and adherence to Red Sea global
planning standards. To ensure consistency and compliance, corresponding naming conventions for activities, work breakdown structures, and resources have been implemented.
