(RT, UT, MPI & DPT etc) o Ducting design, Structure, Platforms, Stair towers and ladder drawings preparation using AutoCAD and TEKLA Software. o Hold 3D Piping Model Reviews 30%, 60% & 90% and meetings. o Review PHR (Project Health Reports) and conduct meeting with Project Management Team for continuous health of project engineering being in line with project goals. o Problem solving related to Design, Manufacturing and Quality related issues. Description of Project:
Appointed as Senior Piping Design Engineer - (Piping & Boiler) at BSI Jeddah for the development of Piping Department capable of handling all Boiler External Piping containing 40 HRSGs, The expansion will convert this simple cycle power plant comprising of 40 Gas Turbines of Combined Cycle Power Plant in Riyadh.
Worked on Fuel Selection Skids & Wash Water Skids for the Power Plant. Done all the structure, piping and supports for the mentioned skids.

• Generated and produced number of excel sheets and software to promote automation and reduce human errors during different design phases of Piping and Mechanical equipments.
• Performed number of Static Analysis with Wind & Seismic and Dynamic including Modal, Response Spectrum, Time History, Fluid Transient, Wave Loadings & Safety Valve analysis.
• Using Ansys Workbench & CFD solved intricate design issues related to Stress Analysis & Computational fluid dynamic to solve or improvise process and mechanical designs for better and optimum performance with minimal BOQ.

Reverse engineered and designed induced draft fans for air supply in Paper Machine. Also reduced vibration and excessive bearing failures.
Project Engineer for Packages extension-BSPM. Erection of new Paper Machine.
Project Assistant for dismantling, marking and shipment of Paper Machine components and Piping from Belgium to Pakistan. (3 Months)

Represented Packages in Belgium for the purchase and shipment of a 2nd hand paper machine along with Piping and Instrumentation from Ghent to Lahore, Pakistan.
Tissue Rewinder was successfully modified and put into working condition for a 2 or 3 ply Tissue paper.
FAT (Fault Analysis Tools) have been developed to counter greater maintenance issues in paper industry parts by solving core issues and problems.
