4. Review and approval of the Subcontractor and Suppliers schedules and ensuring that those are in compliance to the Master Baseline Schedule.
5. Conducting coordination meetings between the contractors of various trades to sequence the work Progress.
6. Monitoring of the Contractors Baseline Schedule using Key Performance indices and Earned value analysis.
7. Review and approval of the contractor Manpower Histograms, Cash flow Histograms, Contractor Procurement Strategies.
8. Monitoring of the Contractor Procurement (Submittals & Approvals and subsequent orders) and ensuring that the contractor is complying to the requirements of the approved Baseline schedule.
9. Preparation of the Project Dashboards & Project cash flows required by Higher Management.
10. Preparing and Documenting the Contractors delay record on the project.
11. Review of the Contractor Extension of time claims, Forensic Delay analysis of the claim; Replying to the contractors claim.
12. Detailed planning of the Clients Procurement items; and Monitoring of the same to ensure timely nomination of the Provisional sum and Prime cost items inline with the Baseline schedule.
13. Close follow up with the Consultant and contractor to ensure that the Governing authorities (DEWA/ETISALAT/CIVIL DEFENSE/TECOM) submissions and approvals are obtained in timely manner to ensure smooth progress on the project.
