Performing administrative, secretarial & executive duties for the GM.
Management of Directors, Group directors, and executive management.
Running work flow in GM’s absence by coordinating and managing team in terms of meeting deadlines.
Being a confidant to Management handling tasks that involve highly confidential information
Assisting with all logistics, hotel bookings, Air ticketing, visa assistance, etc.
Overlooks procurements and issuance of office supplies and stationeries.
Carries out routine duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Makes decisions and establishes work priorities in an essentially procedure-oriented manner.
Oversees all personal tasks of GM in terms of Utilities (mobile, electricity, water, salik, credit card payments, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, medical claims, travel claims, other insurance payments etc).
Maintaining a log of all company vehicles along with assigning vehicles to staff, keeping their record cards up to date as well as following up with the repairs, maintenance, insurance - new and renewals, accidental damage, repairs and claims.
Assisting the auto sales manager:
Providing administrative support to the sales manager in the smooth functioning of the branch.
Assisting finance of used and new vehicles.
Handled correspondence independently.
Assisting loan department for timely loans disbursal.
Assisting Management and the Collections Team with Post Delivery Documents
Providing excellent customer service as a single point of contact for corporate and external clients.
Managing reservations and bookings of travel itineraries
Tracking all invoices and following up on payments in a timely and effective manner.
Extensively involved in new opportunities supporting all the phases of business development areas till deal closure.
Proactively attending to all client enquiries through email, phone, meetings etc.
Actively involved in Outdoor and Direct sales as well as promotion of ICICI products
Participating in the weekly conference calls with the client and internal calibration calls too.
Marketing and sourcing of various products mainly - Savings accounts, Students accounts, Minors (children / kids) accounts, NRE/NRO accounts, Current accounts and Salary accounts.
