- Define Staffing plan with director and managers.
- Creating job description and qualification with hiring manager.

- Update payroll elements: deductions, reimbursement, expenses, salary review, travel allowance and advance

Personnel
- Maintaining the personal file of all employees and making sure the information on HRMS is updated regularly.
- Generate regular HR reports including but not limited to headcount, leavers, GOSI etc.
- Edit and update master data in SAP, running PA40 actions such as new hire/rehire, transfer, separation etc.
- handle on/off boarding process and creating contract.
- handling all medical insurances process
- keep and maintain employees record for all type of leaves and employees’ overtime and employee’s attendance.
Government relation
- Ministry of Labor and Social Development and GOSI Management.
- Process visa\iqama requests.
- Attend to HR support requests on timely manner.
- Handle all activities related to implementation of labor law
Business Analysis
- Monthly highlight &dashboards.
- Deliver reports of personnel team performance.
- Developing HR forms in SharePoint.
