Industrial Complex consists of four Companies with around 700 employees.
Training & Career Development Section Head
* Scan and identify company development needs .
* Study and Scan Company Strategic Plan and KPI to sense its development needs
* Prepare and Analyze Job Descriptions .
* Identify company and individuals competencies .
* Study the Gaps between current competencies and required competencies .
* Based on competency mapping identify individual training needs and development plans.
* Training Needs Analysis based on Competency and KPI .
* Prepare Annual Training Plans
* Prepare budget for Training Needs( Courses ) .
* Internal and External training Programs.
* Communicate with External Venders for Training courses. .
* Assess and Evaluate Training Venders in terms of cost, quality, trainers, facilities etc,
* Plan for internal training programs and events using the internal resources ( internal trainers, internal facilities).
* Encourage employees to conduct training internally in their field of specialty and compensate them .
* Arrange for workshops, seminars, lectures related to company and jobs requirements.
* On - the Job Training and Job Rotation Plans.
* Ensure all departments has its own on the job training plans for new hired employees and interns.
* Ensure all plans covers all the required job elements including safety and systems requirements.
* Prepare for internal job rotation plans to increase cross functional learning and communication Channels.
* Conduct training courses, presentations, lectures.

Training & Career Development Supervisor

* Planning, establishing and implementing the annual training plan for 3 companies.
* Planning for training internally and externally.
* Responsible for developing internal trainers (managers and section heads) to conduct internal training courses related directly to the job requirements.
* Developing internal systems for HR Dept like: University Students Reward systems, Suggestions Systems, Communication Systems, and other related systems.

I run my own services office providing different Computer and typing services, advertisement services (AL_Rai, and Al-DOSTOUR Newspapers), printing and photocopying services. The most important activity I used to enjoy
in my own office is the translation for the Universities students from English to Arabic to their research and reports.
