• Responsible for laboratory and Field testing of the constructions of materials for High Ways, and Bridge Works.
• Checking various field tests such as Pile load test (initial and routine), vertical and lateral load tests, taking soundings for Bottom Plug, checking reinforcement as per bar bending schedule approved, shuttering before concreting Slumps during concrete reinforcement, cage lowering and concreting etc.

Maintenance of all SH, MDR Roads with MORTH specification and construction of bridges works such as bridge maintenance, periodical renewals, improvement works as per MORT & H specification under NABARD financial Assistance, Work Bills verification and recommendation for payments, administration over subordinate engineers along with responsibility of construction of bridges, CD works and also responsible for design and drawings and making changes considered necessary in light of field conditions with the approval of concerned authorities, checking and controlling the proper mix design inspecting and detecting the aggregate sources identified for materials checking the adequacy of proper form work, mix design of concrete and for road works ensuring implementation of quality control procedures for construction of roads, bridges setting up quantity and quality control procedure and quality assurance, and assisting in laboratory setup, testing procedure, scrutinizing the report, super vision and technical management control of road works and bridge works etc.,
• In addition to the periodical renewals of SH, MDR, NH and rural roads (from 1979 to 2007 executed number of WBM Layers, PCC, BM, SDBC and gravel shoulders to a length of 400 Kms and cost of about 50.0 Crores.
• Construction and supervision of different state roads in Andhra Pradesh by strengthening and widening including c.d. works under state, NABARD, HUDCO, AMC, RDC, CRF, CORE NET, and other world bank assisted projects, to a length of 50 Kms and project cost about 13.0 crores.
• Constructed number of retaining walls along highway road embankment by the side of major irrigation canals, and high embankment to a length of 10 Kms, costs about Rs. 4.0 crores.
• Initiation taken to prepare the detailed project reports and got the technical sanctions from higher authorities and executed the projects within the budget and also dealt major legal issues in land acquisition and solved within the stipulated time.
01-02-12 to 29-02-2012: Executive Engineer (R&B) Division Rajahmundry (FAC):

• Administration of all officers working under the control of the division along with responsibility of constructing various roads, bridges and also responsible for the designs, drawings and other deviations and the quality of the work, and also responsible for all financial implementations.
15-01-2013 to 22-08-2013: Testing Engineer for 3rd Party Technical Supervision, Monitoring And Assurance Of Quality Control In Civil Works In Rajeev Vidhya Mission, Government Of Andhra Pradesh.

• Mobilization of consultant’s team.
• Reconnaissance visits and collection of projects information and quality control aspects and current status of project.
