 Designed and maintaining the recruitment process in Octal (including regular reporting measurement, taking proper actions to close gaps)
 Designed and maintain the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
 Manage the career section of Octal’s website and other recruitment portals.
 Manage Octal’s LinkedIn recruiter’s license and administer the job postings. Work close with the Marketing team on branding activities on Octal’s LinkedIn page.
 Preparing Job description of all new jobs and conducting evaluation as per Hay Methodology
 Prepare the manpower plan and budget for all departments across Octal annually.

 Prepared central Recruitment Policy with the help of external consultant (Hay Group) in June 2016 for all Octal subsidiaries.
