• Responsible for Revenue, Expense and Headcount Forecasting and Budgeting for AMERICAS
• Monthly / Quarterly variance analysis for both revenue / expenses.
• Reconciliation between various tools for revenue and expense including bookings vs revenue
• Calculating Monthly Accruals and submitting to Controllers Org for Journal Entry processing and Intercompany transfers

• Timely and accurate recording of summarized activities resulting from policy-related cash receipts and disbursements and other transactions in the general ledger.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of employee benefit plan financial statements and related work paper.
• Co-ordinate with applicable business area including Service, Insurance Accounting and Treasurers to resolve reconciling items.
• Support the preparation and review of the investment database
