Roles & Responsibilities : Conducting all inspection activities for Storage Tanks of ( 65.0 Mt. Dia. / 18.0 Mt. High URT W/IFR. at MesaieedIndust. City as following:-
•The incoming Material Inspection & Reviewing the material certificates to ensure
compliance with the project specifications.
B) Reviewing ITP & NDT Procedures .
C) Check Dimensions of Annular plates before cutting against Dwg, check fit-up before welding butt joints & visual inspection after welding.
D) Check fit-up of existing bottom plates to annular plates & visual inspection after
completed weld.
E) Witness all NDT Exam. Including (PT, MT, Vacuum box test, Oil Penetrant Leak
Test ) and Reviewing RT Films.
F) Verify all the documents to ensure that all welding & NDT works are completed,
Also all Reports & QC documents are reviewed & signed-off.

A) Reviewing the material certificates and the witnessing the tests conducted on the incoming materials to ensure compliance with the project specifications.
B) Assessing the contractor performance on the preservation and incoming inspections and updating the project management on timely basis.
C) Following the RFI's raised by contractors, thus ensuring the activities are carried out as per the approved ITP.
D) Witness welding procedure & Repair procedure qualification tests .
E) Witness welders performance qualification tests .
F)Witness all relevant mechanical tests carried out at Exova, doha, to ensure the requirements of the project specifications are met.
G)Controlling the welders performance thru regular interpretation of RT films as per the applied codes & standards
H) Witness of UT & MPI for all annular plate joints of tanks bottom & piping joints in tanks area.
I) Witnessing valves test along with contractor inspector, ensuring all the requirements are met as per the approved procedures & API-598.
J) Reviewing of Test Packages ( Flow Lines - Hook-Up ) Loops & witnessing hydro-

A) Condition of ( painting, coating & insulation ).
B) Pipe supports & Anchor supports condition .
C) Condition of ( expansion loops, flanged joints, road crossing, rubbing pads between pipes and pipe supports, vehicle right of way & line identification ) .
D) Monitoring all NDT exams. \[ MPI, UT, LRUT( long range ultrasonic test)\].
E) Make Fitness of Purpose Reports which include ( corrosion life assessment
calculations, Evaluating of integrity threats & general recommendations ).

Static Equipments (exchangers, drums, columns, vessels& boilers) including :-
A) Condition of (small bore connections, earthconnections, external nozzles, painting, insulationcladding, supportstructure, casing).
B) Shell/channel head condition.
C) Condition of (Fire proofing, flangedjoints, gasketleakage, holding down bolts, name plates, slidingfeet, ladders, walkways, handrail) .
D) Monitoring all piping modifications activities including : .
1) Reviewing the material certificates and the witnessing the tests conducted on the
incoming materials to ensure compliance with the project specifications.
2) Monitoring the contractors daily construction activities for the compliance of project specifications and approved procedures, reporting the short coming to the higher-ups for further actions.
3) Carry out visual inspection & dimensional check for welding joints.
4)Reviewing of Test Packages & Punch Lists & witness of hydrotests.

C) Following the RFI's raised by contractors, thus ensuring the activities are carried out as per the approved ITP.
