Lead and drive the implementation of EMS (Electrolux Manufacturing System) at the whole site (Egypt Cookers Factory)

Performing Suppliers Audit and Evaluation of suppliers’ quality.
Support Engineering dept. for all new projects through supplier selection and component qualification.

-Directing and supervising the whole PDI process.
-Planning, organizing and supervising the work of the Internal Audit Division for the final product inspection and assurance.
-Establishing and directing the implementation of internal audit policies and procedures for final audit inspection and approval.
-Preparing, reviewing and approving audit findings and final reports.
-Reviewing and suggesting changes to operating controls
