• Supervise the implementation of plans and strategies for the channel sales to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units’ and overall strategy.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
• Supervise the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns that generate the highest level of profits from channel partners.
• Track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate manager and corrective action is taken.
• Provide support to channel sales partners and act as a point of contact in monitoring performance.
• Assess and Address customers issues and concerns in order to provide total customer satisfaction and retention
• Supervise accounting and coordinate logistical requirements for efficiency in channel sales performance.
