Accounts :-
• Managing the day to day activities of the Accounting and Finance Department.
• Budget planning on yearly and monthly basis.
• Internal budget - close interaction with all departments to ensure adherence to internal budgets and support decision making processes within the departments as well as identification of cross-departmental saving opportunities.
• Forecasts - Monthly reporting, forecasting and analysis of P&L, balance sheet & statement of cash flow.
• Driving financial planning processes and preparing capital budget for decision makers.
• Provide timely financial reports for the Chair-man of the board and GM that accurately reflect the conditions of the business and are in accordance with company policy.
• Presenting monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis.
• Lead the implementation of improvements to the control environment to maintain company standards.
• Analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances including activity ratios analysis, liquidity and solvency.
• Ensuring timely and accurate closing of monthly financials for the Company.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all the accounting entries before posting in the system
• Performing periodic and analytical review of all the accounts details.
• Ensuring the existence of and follow up with the implementation of the company internal control policies.
• Ensuring timely preparation of management reports and schedules.
• Ensuring timely completion of external audit through proper coordination and efficient submission of documents and schedules required by the auditors.
• Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business.
• Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business.
• Analyze and review monthly reports (e.g. Performance Analysis, Sales & Standard Margin) and develop commentary of variance.
• Prepare and actively participate in Operating Plans and periodic financial forecasts.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
Finance :-
• Ensuring sufficient funding for operations requirements.
• Ensuring continued cash flow from operations, particularly on collections from Internal & External clients.
• Monitoring cash flows of the company.
• Responsible for dealing with banks for all banking matters.
• Follow up for obtaining and renewal of credit facilities with banks and responding to all queries and requirements of the banks.
• Day - to - day accounting control management and for the accuracy and integrity of the legal accounting records, production of monthly management accounts, cost center and missing checks report, statement of pending transactions and verifying reports and statements for external reporting
• Approved accruals, prepaid expenses adjustment entries and supporting schedules
• Directly handled year-end closing balance sheet.
• Part of team developing and finalizing annual budgets with other departments
• Managing preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports for the company and various functional units.
• Preparation and Interpretation of all accounting records, Financial statements and Reports.
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit and loss accounts and Balance Sheets.
• Implementation and maintenance of internal controls and all accounting functions, systems and tasks.
• Preparation and Interpretation monthly costing reports
• Preparation of reports in the areas of income and expenditure and earning base on past, present and expected operations.
• Preparation of variance analysis reports.
• Preparation and arrangements of all statistical records and reports of the Company.
