first, I studied Business Administration, Economic major at Arab open university Lebanon branch graduated in june 2016. During my study I worked and have 3 years experience part timer night shift each day 7 hours working at Malik’s company which it is a copy center, retail and supplier company and it has 21 branches in lebanon my job was, supervisor, cashier and Customer service. When I started working in the company I began sales and customer service, I have experience in sales such as understand what the buyers want, I work hard to help the buyers purchase some goods from the company through helping them and telling the description of the products and prices that existent in the company such as computer tools like mouse, printers, keyboard, then the service department changed my position to be cell phone customer service and cashier and they awarded me with golden award certificate, after months later on cash system I have learned well collecting payments for customers purchase, keeping in accurate, and excellent communication skills with customers. Then the HR department noticed that I'm organized and work hard and never late on my work they offered me supervisor position to manage the employees and get maximize profit in my branch and helping customers . finaly I consider myself that I have qualifications, also I have good motivation, excellent communication with clients and also eager to learn and can work with a team or by myself.

The major of business administration with economics touches the ethics,information technology and international relation.Also this major explains us how to carry out the organizational goals and manage the general activities to make high quality products and to provide a good services for customers. Business administration major prepares individuals how to plan , organize , and to control functions and process of the firms which includes human resources , accounting , behaviors , marketing , and business decisions making.
