1.Responsible for refueling air craft’s.
2.Responsible for the all the quality controls of the fuel JET A1.
3.Prepare daily/monthly quality control reports.
4.Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance report of AFP.
5.Prepare daily/monthly inventory control reports.
6.Implementing of HSE policy.
7.Monitoring the work process.
8.Allocating resources for shifts - Manpower and Materials.
9.Supervise and manage the work force.
1-Following of the fuel shipments from the main depots till the final destination.
2-Booking of the data of the upcountry depots (transaction) into the company system than comparing between the physical data and system data (inventory controls).
3-Making the annual budgets for upcountry depots and make sure that they are going accordingly.
4-Following the admin& maintenance issues into the main office.
5-Reporting the inventory status and making the monthly PVV(production volume variation).
1-Receiving the orders of maintenance.
2-Mange the operation of maintenance into workshop.
3-Requesting of missing spare part for the workshop.
4- Closing the orders& documentation.
5-Implementing of HSE policy.
6-Making the monthly technicians performs assessment.
