- Design and implementation of unified communication and collaboration platforms using latest technologies (SIP, Virtualization…) that supports mobility and integration with other services.
- Install and configure Ericsson/Aastra/Mitel systems including telephony servers, telephony switches and adjunct systems (UC applications & Servers, messaging, video conferencing, content sharing, SIP trunks and gateways, IVR and billing).
- Carry on daily maintenance operations.
- Handling incidents and changes logging in the database and follow up according to ITIL standards to ensure SLA compliance.
- Supporting and monitoring the global users of networks, servers, desktops, and IT equipment.
- Scheduling the intervention with customers and internal groups.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and LAN issues; including desktops/laptops, printers, backup devices, Windows platform, and Microsoft office products.
