Handle Rental and Operation works for Mobile Cranes, Manlifts, and Forklifts as follow:
• Implement and maintain sales procedures and establish the company system.
• Development of the department's work plan and reviewing work methods and procedures.
• Manage all operational aspects of the region including depot operations, site operations, transportation, maintenance, customer service and local administration.
• Research and analyze market opportunities.
• Monitor sales in line with sales target and administrating and implementing of those plans.
• Managing customer opportunities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met at all times by providing prompt, thorough and professional assistance.
• Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey and analyze the data and present to management.
• Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the department.
• Meet financial goals and operational targets.
Handle all Sales, Marketing, and Operation works for Both Rental Business and Solid Tire Sales in the 3 depots around KSA as follow:
Provide strategic planning input into the business development plan to identify opportunities for new market and customer penetration.
Prepare comprehensive market and competitive analysis in the assigned region.
Actively research, identify, develop and track project opportunities in defined markets.
Achieve agreed retention, growth and profitability goals.
Targeting of both existing and new customers.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline towards targeted sectors to grow the business.
Monitor customer satisfaction by regular communication with customers.
Support workshop and complete operation.
Provide the tasks for the technicians on daily basis.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in operation system.
Train and evaluate the new joiners in all departments.
Manage Rental requirements and schedule the tasks based on the requirements.
Establish the company system from zero, and ensure all the required date to be entered to the system correctly, and Ensure the CRM system is routinely updated.

o Business Development Manager - Central Region (Riyadh) from Nov/2015 till Nov/2018.
Implementation of the Sales Strategy:
Achieve agreed retention, growth and profitability goals.
Targeting of both existing and new customers.
Conduct regular customer sales visits.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline towards targeted sectors to grow the business.

Account Management:
Actively manage and develop Major customers within an agreed portfolio.
Develop and sustain a solid relationship between Rapid Access and its customers.
Deal with all customers queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

New Business Development:
Identify and follow up enquiries and sales leads with new and existing customers.
Growing the given portfolio through proactive prospecting through activities such as market research, networking and lead generation.
Updating the management team on topics such as industry trends, performance area, competitor activity, lost jobs, revenue and utilization.
Conducting customer sales visits with new and existing customers with goal of securing business.

Review Achieving all revenue and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets.
Reporting & Information Systems:
Ensure the CRM system is routinely updated with information such as customer visits, quotes, and forecasts.

*Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
*Developing sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
*Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs through selecting the correct machine.
*Solving client problems.
*Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
*Following up the market (locally & globally) so we build, amend or adapt our strategies to keep our business developing.
*Customer Support by providing them with the solutions or adopting the solutions as per the situation. In addition to consultancy in regards to anything that is related to CAT products i.e. application, preventive maintenance, service, spare parts, repairs, etc.
*Handle all the Government Institutions requirements such as Ministry of Defense, Royal Navy, Royal Yachts, and Royal Court Affairs.
*Planning, Scheduling & Performing Technical Inspections on CAT equipment’s (Machines & Generators) in the real working environment (at sites) so we detect any poor maintenance or using procedures that might affect the equipment’s life, productivity, performance.
*Following up the market so we build, amend or adapt our strategies to keep our business developing.
*Budgeting customers and forecasting the volume of the market so we put realistic and challenging targets to achieve.
