Managing complete cranes &heavy equipments rental Operations
Responsible for scheduling of equipments for projects including Saudi ARAMCO projects. Supervision of cranes, trailers and their operation. Preparation of schedules (mobilization & demobilization of Crane, Crane Operators, Riggers and Drivers) based on their certification. Meeting with clients prior to mobilization of equipment. Coordination with clients for mobilization and demobilization of equipment, proper planning and scheduling of operators and riggers transfer/posting on specific equipment as per their certification. Supervision for certification & training of all operators (on specified models for Saudi ARAMCO certification and Third Party Certification) and riggers Supervision of ARAMCO and Third Party inspection of equipment on or before their inspection expiry date with coordination of Inspection Agencies, we have contract. Sorting out clients problems promptly to keep good business relation. Coordination with Rigging Supervisors regarding their site visit and based on their report, generating of quotation and conduct meetings to finalize the quotation. Continuous and rigorous follow up to sort out all queries from clients, which also include negotiations with clients. Monitoring status until the quotation is matured into contract or lost. Compilation of activity reports related to all equipments / trailers for submission to management on weekly basis. Preparation of pre-qualification questionnaire, assisting top level management to carryout bidding work.
