1. Assist in the identification and implementation of Performance Objectives for UCS based on Balanced Score Card methodology, to be linked to the Performance Objectives of Departments.
2. Confer with assigned Business unit to develop and implement KPI’s for the identified and approved Performance Objectives for all Departments.
3. Support the identification of Measuring Tools for Department/Section Performance, generate periodic reports and follow up for timely completion of the same.
4. Monitor departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
5. Assist in the provision of data analysis, trend reporting and analyses of volumes and performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

8. Prepare presentations, brochures and other communication materials to raise awareness and understanding of Corporate Performance management framework to all levels of Employees
9. Maintain and manage documentation and provide administrative support to the department.
10. Support and assist in identifying new initiatives as per UCS Strategy and coordinate with external parties and ensure to follow the requisites while selecting any Vendor.
